1. Silkret is fully autonomous

Silkret will automatically set the system proxy to Silkret's local proxy. If you prefer not to use this, go to Settings → Network Settings → Proxy and turn off the proxy.

2. Using Silkret in your browser

Install the ProxyEmpire Proxy Manager browser extension.

3. Configure the browser extension

1. Open the extension and click Manage Profiles.
2. Click Add Profile.
3. Set Host to 127.0.0.1.
4. Set Port to 8412 (or the port you changed it to in Silkret).
5. Open the extension and click Connect.

4. Finished!

Silkret is now running and your traffic is routed through its secure proxies with anti-DPI protection, fragmentation, and decoy packets.
